Confirm your participation by October 9 at the latest, pay the remaining balance, and finalize your participation arrangements.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive confirmation after applying?
We review applications in order and normally confirm the next step by work email within three business days.
Can visits to designated companies be arranged?
We will incorporate the exhibition situation, participant needs, and on-site arrangements to include the route as much as possible, and confirm key communication opportunities in advance.
If I have already applied for the official Hosted Buyer Program, can I still participate?
Yes. The programs are independent. Please tell us about your official schedule so we can avoid conflicts where possible.
How will the tickets for the Industrial Expo be handled?
No. Participants complete the official visitor registration themselves. We will share the official link and entry reminder.
What language will be used on-site?
The group is organized in English, with bilingual support when speaking with Chinese exhibitors.
Can both companies and individuals make payments?
Yes. Payment instructions are sent by email after a place is approved.
Is this a purchasing group?
No. This is an independent robotics industry research walk, not a procurement agency or brokerage service.
If I cannot attend, will the fees be refundable?
The applicable refund terms and payment schedule will be stated in the participation confirmation email.
