FAQ

Before You Apply

When will I know if my application has been accepted?

Once you submit your application, our team will review your information and contact you by email with confirmation, next steps, and payment instructions.

Can I request visits to specific companies?

Yes. Please let us know which companies or technology areas you are most interested in when you apply. We will do our best to incorporate your preferences into the program, subject to exhibitor schedules and on-site availability. Any confirmed meetings or engagement opportunities will be shared with you in advance.

I have already applied for the official Hosted Buyer Program. Can I still join the RoboAtlas Delegation?

Yes. You may participate in both programs.

The official Hosted Buyer Program primarily offers exhibition-related services, such as VIP reception, partner hotel accommodation, shuttle transportation, and buyer matchmaking.

The RoboAtlas Delegation is a separate industry research program focused on robotics companies, emerging technologies, product insights, and post-event market intelligence. The two programs are complementary, but participants are responsible for checking that their schedules do not conflict.

Please note that the RoboAtlas Delegation is independently organized and is not affiliated with the official Hosted Buyer Program.

Are CIIF admission tickets included?

No. Admission to CIIF is not included in the program fee.

All visitors must complete real-name registration through CIIF’s official registration system. Before the event, we will provide the official registration link and guidance to help you complete the process.

Can payment be made by either a company or an individual?

Yes. We accept payments from both companies and individuals.

Once your participation has been confirmed, we will send you payment instructions by email.

What language will be used during the program?

The program will be conducted in both English and Chinese.

Communication among delegation participants will primarily be in English. Bilingual support will be available during meetings and discussions with Chinese exhibitors.

Is this a buying or sourcing delegation?

No. This is an industry research program designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of robotics companies, products, technologies, and market trends.

RoboAtlas does not act as a procurement agent and does not provide supplier certification, price negotiation, purchasing services, or transaction brokerage.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
