Cozmo is Anki’s desktop educational companion robot, launched in 2016 for interactive play and programming. Its tracked base, lift, camera, speaker, and animated expressions let it recognize faces, move around a tabletop, play games, and handle Power Cubes. The mobile app provides Code Lab visual programming, while the Anki Cozmo Python SDK gives developers additional control. Cozmo connects to a mobile device over Wi‑Fi, delivers voice output and interaction, and uses an internal lithium-ion battery with roughly 45 minutes of playtime after about 30 minutes of charging.
