The IR2-06 wheeled humanoid robot is specifically built for 7×24h continuous industrial operations. Featuring 24 DOF across the entire body and a 6kg payload per arm, it works with an omnidirectional mobile chassis to replace manual labor in stations such as assembly, quality inspection, and loading/unloading. It features a built-in self-developed integrated intelligent control system with brain-cerebellum coordination, ensuring precise and coherent movements. Dual hot-swappable batteries provide a 4h battery life, supporting automatic/rapid-swap energy replenishment to keep production lines running without interruption. The chassis reaches a maximum speed of 1.5m/s, with dual-radar SLAM positioning accuracy of ±10mm. It offers IP42 protection, a built-in torque brake, and optional six-axis force sensors. It is compatible with ROS2, supports OTA upgrades and secondary development, and features customizable end-effectors.
