MCR-Bionic Hand is a 1:1 musculoskeletal biomimetic robotic-hand research prototype reported in a June 2026 preprint. Its integrated skeletal, ligament, tendon and intrinsic-muscle pathways are used to test structural priors for grasp pre-shaping, PIP-DIP coupling and post-contact manipulation. The paper reports a 3-DOF wrist, 24 simplified total DOF, and estimated fingertip force of about 20 N. No commercial availability, price, SDK, ROS or API support is reported.
