Practical tips from past visitors

Transport & parking＋

Use the subway where possible. If driving, do not look for curbside parking on arrival; check underground parking near the actual visitor entrance, such as business parks, offices or hotels. Judge a parking spot by the real walk to that year’s entrance, not map distance alone.

Arrival & entry＋

Arrive around opening even on weekdays. Confirm the public entrance before getting out of a taxi or parking, and save screenshots of ID, ticket QR code, venue map and priority booths. An umbrella is useful for both rain and sun.

What to see & route＋

Check key demo times before exploring: popular robot performances are scheduled. If a crowd blocks your view, visit another area and return before the next session. Walk one side of a hall to the end and return along the other side to avoid backtracking.

Food & rest＋

Do not rely entirely on venue food. Eat beforehand and carry water and a small snack. Rest before exhaustion; comfortable shoes, a power bank, water and tissues matter more than extra items.

Families & groups＋

For young children, choose short-queue interactive booths where they can see robots up close. Agree on a clear meeting point and a separation plan; do not rely on phone calls alone.

Gifts & interactions＋

Join gift activities only when they fit your normal route. Do not cross halls or queue for a long time for stamps or popular gifts; bring a light bag and a power bank for scanning and photos.
